Hi Everyone,

Im new here, here's a bit about me.......

I started my journey 11 weeks ago on the cambridge weight plan weighing in at 190lb. In that time I managed to get down to 158lb and back to my wedding weight, whoop whoop!

I had to come off plan for financial reasons but as I am still over a stone away from my goal I wanted to carry on and with the help of my cambridge consultant have started using this site to help me count my calories. I started on Tuesday and have already lost another 2lb in 3 days!

I am sooooo determined that I am going to carry on with this weight loss, I have managed to loose this weight a few times before with various diets only to give up before ive reached my goal and pile it all back on again after, but not this time!!

Looking forward to reposting soon with more loss!

    Hello,

I just started on here this month my self with a friend's advice. I've been a yo-yo dieter for as long as I can remember. But this time it's different because my attitude is different. I don't give up on myself if I don't do good for a day with my eating or working out. I'm sticking to my Walking Away the Pounds with the toning bands. This works for me because of the time frames that I can do. I have osteoarthritis in my knees, so I break down my times during the day. I do 15 - 30 minutes in the morning then 30 minutes in the evening. I try to walk on the walk trail by my job during lunch, another 30 minutes. I notice I don't put to much pressure on my knees when I break down the time.

My goal is 1-2 pounds a week, so far I've lost close to 10. I just know that every 10 pounds is a a lot of pressure off of my knees. I do like this site with the calculations, etc. I lose inches more so then weight, so I started to measure myself this week. So I try not to get discouraged when it shows that I didn't lose anything but I know that my clothes say something different, so I go by what my clothes say.

You will like it here. There's loads of support here to give you a boost.
