2 a days with Jillian Micheals

Hey guys,

I'm wondering if anyone is doing the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred, and if so do you do another exercise regimen on top of that during the say day? I was thinking of hitting the treadmill before or after doing a work out, but I want to get some more ideas and opinions.

    when I did the 30 day shred I also hit the gym for 30 minutes. shred in the morning, gym in the afternoon
