Hey all! I was at the perfect weight about 6 months ago (tho I didn't know it) and with the stress of my wedding mounting I turned to relaxation in the form of pizza and beer. Needless to say I have one month to get at least halfway back to where I was 6 months ago ! I've decided to do a less than 50 carbs a day diet, and insanity with my maid of honor who also is not liking how much she's looking in her dress anymore :) Myfitnesspal has been awesome for tracking my meals!
