In 2010 I jumped on the band wagon, went from 308lbs down to 246. Due to various factors I unfortunately went back to my bad habits. In the course of a little under a year I went from 246 all the way back to 292 lbs.

I'm trying to stick to my calorie regime again, but the weight loss seems to be going slower this time. Is it normal to have more difficulty losing weight after regaining it?
