Baked Kohlrabi French Fries
Options
Ok - I saw that someone here did this with green beans. Last night I was trying to come up with a veggie side dish and I have a few Kohlrabi so I thought I would try this.
I peeled the Kohlrabi and then cut up like Potato wedges (or french fries). I put them in ziploc bag and added 1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese (you can add more Parmesan cheese if you would like).
I spread them out on a cookie sheet and baked at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes (or until they were starting to get golden brown) Turning once half way through.
They were delishous! I hope you enjoy!

I love kohlrabi, but have never had it cooked before. I've always eaten it raw. I have something that I must try soon. Thanks!0
