What's Your Motivation?

We all have different things and factors that motivate us, whether it's being healthy, fitting into old clothes, or getting back to your old weight.

What motivates you? I went for a run last night and was attempting to sprint towards my end. Then I started thinking and picturing all the things that motivate me to want to get in shape: being healthy, cute fall clothes, cute boys :) and a bunch of other stuff. It definitely helps!
