I'm stuck!

I lost 20lbs over the summer, and now I've seem to come a stand still. Not gaining, but can't lose anymore? Very frustrating! I need to lose at least 20 more lbs. Any ideas what's going on?

    Just by looking through your diary I see that you are either usually drastically under your calorie goal or way above your calorie goal and your macros. I also didn't see any workouts in there (just by going through a few days). Maybe regulate your calories instead of consistently fluctuating and add in some work outs? (my completely non-educated opinion, just what I would change personally)
