Office work out SUGGEST A SET

I already finished my work out this morning .. However apparently I have energy to burn and those going across my feed working out really makes me want to work out again ..

Suggest a set...

So far....

I have done Dips off my desk with feet in chair..
Dead lift squats on 1 leg 25 per side. ..

Gotten a few strange looks form co -workers.. but what ever..


So what should I do next.. Keep it reasonable please.. no promise I will do it all haha

    Well... when i get that feeling, i go down to the lobby of the building, and come back up by stairs to the 8th floor. i also do some push ups, dips, calves while sitting, and obliques inf u have a chair with wheels its awesome. if u google "workout in your office" ull get the idea.
