Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the Y - Elliptical 45 minutes

What would I have done differently? Nothing... I had a good day.

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout (cardio and weights today)

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? didn't really hvae one.. but I still had calories at the end of the day, thats a BIG deal to me!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? walked

    What would I have done differently? Nothing... I had a good day. (ditto!)

    What is today's personal goals? stay w/in caloric intake.. again & I'm off to a good start

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the Y - Jogged 3 miles, lifted weights (upper body).

    What would I have done differently? Lots of things! Not eaten all the junk food I did. :grumble:

    What is today's personal goals? I MUST stay within my calories!! And, since I can't work out today due to working too many jobs, I'll definitely have to watch what I eat today and work out double later on!

    Nutritional wise yet. Workout wise no.

    I stayed within my calories.

    What would I have done differently?
    I should have walked last night instead of going to bed at 7:30. I was extremly tired.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay within my calories and walk tonight.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes - and lost another pound this week for weigh in this morning!

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did not overeat at son's 4H banquet last night!

    What would I have done differently? Nothing... I had a good day. - Ditto

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories, walk on treadmill for an hour tonight and workout with Biggest Loser Wii

    Did I reach yesterdays goals- I don't know yet. Food, yes, but I staartd a new workout to break my plateau and my legs were really sore. It seems like when I'm sore I have a hard time seeing the weight loss for a couple of days

    How did I make myself proud- I was upset with my employee and I talked calmly instead of shaking him senseless. But I did have a cookie. Okay 3. And we did 75 minutes of very brisk walking with my daughter again.

    What would I have done differently- drank some water mix in stuff vs. the cookie(s)

    Tomorrows goals. No freakin cookies!!
