But, I thought it was worth mentioning because it made me really happy. :flowerforyou:
For a little over a month now I have been going back and forth between 238, 239, 240. I didn't even adjust my ticker on here because I was so angry with myself. I *finally* made it to 237, but was stuck for a bit. Then, I took the time this past weekend to look at my diet and my exercise.
On Sunday, it's starting to be a little bit of a tradition for my boyfriend and I to go to IHOP. I get the Spinach, Mushroom and Tomato Omelette for me, with a side of fruit, water and coffee. 380 calories of yummy goodness! And, I feel full - not stuffed - for quite some time after eating a somewhat balanced breakfast (could use some whole grains! lol). During the week, however, for the sake of time ... I would eat a bowl of Fiber One Frosted Wheat and either a tablespoon of peanut butter or a little cup of Swiss Miss Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding. So... this week I revamped my breakfast habits and started making this: 1 Health Crunch bagel (180 cals), 1 egg patty (60 cals), 1 tbsp peanut butter (95 cals), and one Fiber One Key Lime Pie yogurt (50 cals). And, it has kept me SO full and is SO satisfying!! I've also tried to balance out my other meals with fiber, protein and a little dairy. And squeezed in fruits as my snacks.
Then, I realized that if I work out mid-day, it gives me energy for the rest of the afternoon. So I've been working out at a pretty moderate effort around 1 p.m. for 20-30 minutes. After work, I kick it up several notches and workout intensely for around 30 more minutes. After working out in our fitness room at work, I've headed home, drank about 16 oz. of water and relaxed for about 30 minutes, then did a little work with some 5 lb. weights, lunges, squats, push-ups. Not too much, but spread out over the week, I probably did 2 hours of strength.
And ... I lost a pound when I weighed this morning. I didn't feel hungry this week, I fell asleep quickly each night around 8:30 or 9 (I'm old, LOL), I got up easier, I felt better and I am ready to keep it up!
That's my morning ramble... courtesy of Rockstar Roasted Light Coffee & Energy drink ... I treated myself to one this morning ... 100 cals!

 Good job on the weight loss and figuring out what was keeping you at a stand still! Also for breakfast you can eat Quaker Oats original instant oatmeal in the single packs, that is whole grains with only 100 calories and keeps you full as well! I know most people don't like oatmeal but I am one who loves it! :happy:0
