Ugh I have a rant and trying to get idea.
Morning/all day sickness is kicking my *kitten*. I have been trying different thing to see what keeps that nausiousness away or stays down.

Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas? this has put a huge cramp in my day to day and is so frustrating.

Ginger chews from The Ginger People. You can get them at Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or any small natural food store.

AGREED! Those ginger chews (and ginger syrup they make) are amazingly helpful
Also, this is safe to take during pregnancy, just ask your doctor for it, Zofran (ondansetron) it is amazing and virtually turns off the nausea producing parts of your brain. It can really help you to get more calories in for baby!
  • When I was pregnant, I had horrible all day nausea. The only thing that seemed to help me was carbs or greasy food. I ate Chex cereal like it was going out of style. I also ate a lot of cheeseburgers (I don't even like red meat!). I ended up losing 5 pounds during that time even though my diet was atrocious and I grazed all day long. Keep trying different things and do what works for you! My SIL had great success with sour candies or lollipops and ginger chews.

P.S.- I also wore Psi bands nonstop (even to sleep). I was still super nauseous even wearing them, but when I took them off I would puke...so, I wore them. I'm not sure I really believe they work, but I felt better at least doing something! And, it certainly didn't hurt!

Ginger snaps helped me a bit. When I could eat more, French fries always made my tummy happy. But after a trimester and a half of puking every day, I got on Zofran and it was a godsend. If this is more than an occasional thing, I highly recommend it.
