    Make sure you're on 'MY HOME' and click the tab that says 'Profile'
    Scroll down to where it says 'My Progress' and click where it says 'Personalize your ticker'
    Personalize your ticker (or not if you don't want to) and then click continue until you get to a page which says 'Your Ticker Is Complete!'
    Scroll down to where it says 'BBcode: For forum signatures on most message boards'
    Copy the code in the box bellow and paste it at the bottom of your forum post!
