Mom of three, new here

I just started here earlier this week. One of the instructors at the Y suggested this place. I love it here!

I try to work out at least 4 times a week. I am now *training* for a 4.85 mile obstacle course mud run coming up at the end of the month. I did one last month and LOVED it so I cannot wait to do another one. I am hoping to be down some pounds before this next one though. We'll see. I know from my past that slow and steady is the way to go and I have already seen a lot of lost inches because of my workouts in the past 9-12 months so I am just hanging in and trying for consistency.

Would love to add some friends if you want...always looking for others on this journey!
