Hi Everyone !
Well a new month starts tomorrow and I for one plan to make it a dry one! My weight loss has been slow and I am just feeling well enough to get back in the gym after injuring my arm, so I figured why not go full throttle !
Drinking isn't something I see as a problem,....but it definitely adds extra calories I don't need and leads to munching on crap that I wouldn't normally.
September is typically a month with lots of family gatherings too, and I want to support a close family friend that is on the wagon, and be a good example.
Hopefully this will increase my success over the next 30 days. Anyone else want to join me !??
