Former Football Player

I have played football my whole life and was always asked to gain more weight and more weight because I was a defensive tackle that was undersized. Once I finally started gaining weight at the age of 19 It was cool. I got up to 320 by the age of 23 which is what the coaches wanted. Now at the age of 27 and no longer playing football I need to find motivation to take it all off. I worked out before because of the sport now its tough to workout just because. Any former Athletes ever dealt with this?
