What are your go to foods?

Im getting ready to do some grocery shopping and i was just curious to see what foods everyone on MFP usually gets when they go shopping. So what are your foods that you ALWAYS get when you go shopping, what are your favorite healthy foods?

    I shop in a variety of places (grocery stores, farmers market, CSA, my garden), but I pretty much always pick up:

    * Eggs and egg whites
    * 2% and 4% cottage cheese
    * Whole chickens (I roast one one day per week, then use the carcass for crock pot stock)
    * Whole milk (to make yogurt and for my husband's cereal)
    * Heavy cream (you don't need much for a decadent coffee, and calories per use are roughly on par with what I'd use for skim milk as creamer)
    * Mozzarella, feta and cheddar
    * Ground turkey, chicken or beef
    * Jerky
    * Albacore tuna packets (in water or its own juices)
    * Whey protein isolate
    * Quest snack bars
    * Spinach or other greens
    * Broccoli
    * Broccoli slaw
    * Butternut squash
    * Green beans
    * Carrots
    * Celery
    * Salsa
    * Berries
    * Tomatoes
    * Chiles
    * Almonds
    * Kosher dill pickles
    * Sriracha

    I'm very friendly with my kitchen scale, so I know how much I eat. If I eat protein and full fat stuff along with a ton of veggies, I find that I don't feel like I'm terribly restricted at reasonable portion sizes.
