Struggle with 30DS? Maybe try this...

Anyone struggling with or did struggle to get through 30DS? Have you tried Jillian's Six Week Six Pack? I really like it. I can't do the side planks - not enough strength in my arthritic hands to hold myself up. I do either plank twists from 30DS or bicycles during that time. I'm also not very fast at blurpees but getting there. It's a pretty thorough workout. Not quite as much strength as 30DS but you do use one weight (3 - 5 lbs) on some parts and you could always add that same weight to other segments. Anyway, like I said, I really like it maybe some of you would too. I think it's an older of her workouts - a pamphlet in the dvd case had 2011 on it - but I got it our local half price book store for $5.
