You're going to gain weight initially. More food=more volume=more weight. It will be almost all water, and it will all come off in 2-3 weeks. If you increase slowly, the numbers won't be as scary. If you increase quickly, the number will jump quickly.
The weight is NOT fat, so don't let it scare you.0 -
Please try not to eat below your BMR, especially with exercising aswell. x0

You wont gain weight eating 100-200 cals above BMR.
BMR < maintenance calories. To see your maintenance calories go to goals tab and look at calories burned from normal daily activity. If you eat less than that you will lose weight. This number also ignores exercise so on days you exercise you can eat that much or more and still lose0 -
I'm curious as to why you have been eating around 600/700 calories as well as working out? That's some scary stuff. I hope you can successfully increase your calories to a healthier amount to fuel your body. It's not existing on much at all, I'll bet.0

...so tell me, WHY are you aiming to eat BELOW your BMR?
Do you know what BMR actually is??
Yeah you'll lose weight...in the form of muscle tissue and having your organs start to screw you over.0 -
Can you open your diary?
We'll be able to give better suggestions if we can see your eating habits first hand.0 -
Yes, eat more, and eat lots of healthy nutritious calorie rich foods, like avocados, eggs, and peanut butter. Any gain you see at first is temporary. You will not gain eating at or below your BMR. You could even eat more than your BMR and not gain, as long as you eat below your TDEE.0

Open your diary or quit asking for help. You should NEVER eat below 1200 calories...period.0
