I usually just use yoghurt, add some extras to flavour whatever I'm making, for instance I made some Apple Slaw a couple of days ago with fat free yoghurt, mustard and vinegar You can find extra light mayonnaise too if you need to use mayo, but the laughing cow tip is great. I make egg "mayo" sandwiches with laughing cow and they taste 100 times better. I guess you could use cottage cheese instead of mayonnaise too?0

I loooove the mayo with olive oil. Not nearly as much calories and it tastes better. I rarely use it, but it's sooo good. I've been trying to use mustard for sandwiches more, except when I do use mayo, on home-made grilled chicken sandwiches0

HUMMUS. I love hummus. Also, light than light mayo is actually good.0

Not vegan, but I use kefir cheese instead. You take kefir (I have it homemade) and drain it in cheesecloth or a cheese strainer for a few hours. Mayo substitute.0

I just use light mayo which is 35 calories for a tablespoon. Not bad considering its normally 90 calories!0

Use vegan mayo, it's actually good for you.0
