19 calorie cupcakes NOT! (read the package)

ok.. so many replies to the 19 calorie cupcake so i figured i would start fresh. They are NOT 19 calorie cupcakes. they would start at 40 calories (depending on your cake mix) and go up from there.

Duncan Hines white cake mix: 160 (dry) x 12 servings per box =1920 calories for entire box mix. 1920 divided by 48 mini cupcakes is 40 calories per cupcakes.


Still better, but NOT 19 calorie cupcakes

    These threads about magic cake mix pop up every week or so and people still just accept them as fact without looking it up. :/

    that's just so sad. Especially since we are talking about triple the calories!
