It's bad for my diet to eat more than 1200 kcal?

I've been dieting with mfp since two monday ago and this is the second time i eat a little bit more than my 1200 kcal ,something like 1400 i mean i should respect it everday ti achieve my goals or sometimes it's healthy to take a "day off" diet?

ive only done it a week and find it hard to cut to 1200 so i qdd in my excercise and this bumps up my calories 1200-1400 . i knpw ive lost weight this wk. i dont mind how long it takes just happy to loose weight0
