She has a lot of protein recipes here, not just shakes!

If you're looking for something other than shakes, I can't really help. My basic smoothie recipe is: vanilla protein powder mixed it with frozen fruit, coconut milk (I'm lactose intolerant - you could use regular milk here!), and a banana. The fruit definitely overpowers the powder!
I've also found that optimum nutrition is the best tasting flavor. I like their extreme milk chocolate mixed with milk after weight lifting.0 -

I'm a protein shake junkie! Most of mine are for breakfast and contain caffeine, but I'll include a few without if you are a drinking at night or late afternoon. With all of them, remember to add the powder after all liquids or else the protein will clump like crazy!
Here are a few of my favorites...
Syntrax Matrix 2.0 mint cookie is INCREDIBLE mixed on its own with water or milk. Tastes and smells JUST like mint chocolate chip ice cream!
2 scoops Big Train Fit Frappe Espresso protein
7 oz skim or soy milk
7 oz water
2-3 pumps Torani sugar free cinnamon vanilla syrup
Combine in blender bottle, shake until smooth, add ice to the top of the cup and drink! This can also be blended by adding a cup of ice in the blender and blending until smooth.
2 scoops Click vanilla latte espresso protein
12 oz skim/soy milk
2 pumps Torani sugar free peppermint syrup
Combine, shake, and drink!
1 scoop vanilla protein (choose your favorite brand; I like Isopure zero carb)
8oz water or milk
1 tbsp PB2 or regular peanut butter
1 tbsp sugar free jam (I use grape)
1 tbsp sugar free syrup (I use raspberry)
3-4 ice cubes
Combine in blender and blend until smooth - tastes like a PB&J sandwich!
1 scoop Jay Robb tropical dreamsicle protein
8 oz orange juice
1/4 cup frozen cherries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 plain yogurt
2 drops Capella orange creamsicle flavor drops
Combine in blender and blend until fruit is not in chunks!
1-2 scoops About Time peaches & cream protein
8-10 oz orange juice or milk
1/4 cup frozen cherries
1/4 cup frozen peaches
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 drops Capella peaches & cream flavor drops
Combine in blend and blend until smooth!
Hope this helps0 -
