Okay my friends--
I've let my arthritis get the better of me-- because it hurts too much to get up and down off the floor, I've let my tummies go the past month. Time to get 'er back in gear.
I'm challenging myself to 100 crunches a day, come hell or high water, for the rest of the month-- doesn't matter what kind-- just do 'em.
Yes, I could do it without a challenge-- but the accountability here is soooo crucial for me-- the competition, as it were.
So, who's with me????

I'm in! I totally need to start working on my stomach. I'm getting better at the treadmill and elliptical every week, going faster and longer, but haven't really started anything for my abs. ABSolutely what I need! :happy: I'll add it into my workout starting tonight!0

Thanks, Sam-- I'll see what I can do tonight. I went a little too long without the pain killer and I'm hurtin' for certain tonight-- but I'm gonna see in a bit what I can do.

Well I just got my 100 in plus I thought what the heck I will do 100 for the other 3 days. I am caught up for the month now. Not sure if I will be able to stand up or bend over tomorrow but I got them done.0

yeah I just did 400 crunches. Different ones but all on the floor and yes I am a crazy fool.
I don't even know if all these crunches I will be doing will help. Dr. says my abs are rock hard but because I had big babies I have a lot of loose skin.:noway: :noway: :grumble: :grumble:

Marla, you are killing me here! Just like the sweet challenge I had no intention of joining this challenge but after thinking about it, I thought I wonder if I could even do 100 crunches still so I went to do them and I did them so I am officially joining this challenge.0

I find that bicycles work best for me. I am going to do 20-30 at a clip 2 times a day. This gives me a goal, as I seem to forget the abs....0
