Hi, I'm Mary and I have just joined this community. I am 65 and have lost 6 and a half stone using the Cambridge diet. However I quit Cambridge last week as they were putting unnecessary pressure on me. My daughter suggested I join My Fitness Pal as she swears by it......so here I am!!!

    Hello. I joined a few months back on the android app and never did anything with it. ow I am back and using the website so I am going to give it the old college try. I am trying to drop from 335 to around 230. Wish me luck!

    MFP is great. I've been on for 16 days so far and have lost 7.2lb, and it's really easy to follow.

    Hi, i'm Cheryle. I just joined today also. I am under doctors orders to lose 60 lbs, so I was looking about for a tool to help me. I'm very excited to have found fitness pal. I downloaded the iPad app and I'm finding it very easy to use.

    I'm in this for the long haul and am looking to make some permanent changes.

    Thanks for all the welcomes.....my daughter is also on here and it was she who got me to join. She swears by MFP :-)
