First workout in months

Spent hours in the yard sweating, wedding, mowing, digging and carrying off trash, and even got the back porch cleaned off. Still struggling through therapy and just started charting in food journal again yesterday. It is hard with all the emotinal stuff I am dealing with in therapy and I had gotten away from this site and losing weight. I have decided that no matter how tough it is that I will chart my meals even if they aren't the best right now and I will try to do some type of exercise a few times a week.
I am working on the book "Feeling Good" and it deals with reprogramming the negative thoughts we beat ourself up with in our head by charting what they are, how they are distored thinking and then giving a rebuttle. This is helping. At first the thoughts are s automatic you don't even realize you are doing them.
