I'm looking for some super yummy fall recipes. Love pumpkin and apples but I'm trying to expand my recipes for fall this year.

I just found a recipe for pumpkin spice yogurt.

1 single serving size plain, or honey vanilla Greek Yogurt
    2 TBSP canned pumpkin
    pumpkin pie spice to taste

Mix all together throughly and eat.

I have not tried it yet, but I am going to this weekend.

Butternut squash is always delicious. You can roast it and puree it into a soup, or make a salad with roasted cubes of it. There's a popular salad that involves roasted butternut squash, chickpeas, red onion, and a tahini dressing:

There are lots of other cool-weather squashes out there too! You can hollow out small acorn squashes, stuff them, and roast them for example.
