... if you suspected that one of your MFP friends has an ED? Would you say something? Say nothing? PM them? Unfriend them? It's looking like I may be in this position, and I'm not sure what to do. I'm not generally the type to get up in other people's business. I just don't know what the right thing to do is.

I haven´t been in your situation, but I think I would write them a personal message, saying that I was a little worried about them. Trying to express my concern without any kind of judgement. Just asking if there was anything I could do.0

I get requests from young girls a lot that have LCD (low-calore diets) and some of them that overexercise and under eat. Instead of accusing them of an ED, I usually let them know what they're doing is unhealthy by making a polite and unaccusing comment on their too-low calorie and why not enough calories/food is detrimental to weight loss/health.0
