I always carry either a single serving (200cal) worth of chocolate in my purse. Always dark. If I have a craving I can have a piece or two...or up to 6 and stay in my budgeted cal goal. And I won't run into walgreens buy a pound of some type of candy bar and devourer the whole bag0

I can't think of a way to stop a chocolate craving without having chocolate. I'm interested to see what some ideas are as I'm a chocoholic. I usually just try to save a few calories for when this craving takes over.0

I don't eat a lot of sugar at all, so I eat 85% dark chocolate everyday to satisfy any sweet cravings I may have. I have just a bit or two. It can take a while to get used to the taste, but I love it!0

I have a bag of black coffee candies in my desk for this purpose. They're less than 20 calories each and one really helps cut the cravings because the flavor is so intense. I get them at the Asian grocery store for something like $2 and the bag lasts me for months.0

blue diamond dark chocolate sprinkled almonds...100 calorie bags. They are what is keeping me sane when I get a craving for chocolate. Just the right amount and I get a good helping of healthy almonds. these are on my favorite things ever list.0

Vita top chocolate muffins! Yum!!!
I keep seeing an ad on the right hand side of mfp and didn't know if anyone ever had them and how they tasted??0 -
I agree! Vita Top muffins! I just had my first a couple days ago...it's definitely hits the spot for that chocolate craving. The first bite, I tasted a little bit of that vitamin along with the chocolate, after that, the vitamin taste didn't seem to exist because it was so good.0

If I have a bad chocolate craving (and I admit, they are less frequent now), I go and get some crazy high-priced super awesome quality chocolate. The kind where you don't want to buy too much because it's $$$, and it's also sooooo good, that you are satisfied with just a little bit.
Find the best quality artisan chocolatier in your area that you can find.0 -
Enjoy Life brand Chocolate Chip Chunks. They come in mini size too. I eat a handful just about every day! Theses are the only ingredients: Evaporated Cane Juice, Natural Chocolate Liquor (Non-Alcoholic), Non-Dairy Cocoa Butter

A couple of pieces of high cocoa content dark chocolate usually satisfes me, or if I want something a bit more filling then I'll have a low calorie hot chocolate drink. Not sure where you're from but in the UK brands like "Options" are only around 30cal a serving0
