How much do you weigh, how long have you been strength training?

Can u educate a poor soul who doesn't know what this means? :-). Ie what does pb mean? And did he increase your weights? Sigh. I see a trainer but really don't pay attention to what he writes down and what my weights are at. I show up and work out and let him set it all. So I am truly ignorant on these things but want to expand my knowledge. Please :-)

Jeez that's only barely less than what I did last workout. Then again, I've increased my weight every time and I've yet to come close to stalling, so who knows what I could really do.

    I weigh 99kg.

I had knee surgery at the end of Feb, and have been doing strength training after my recovery from then, starting pretty much from scratch.

You should pay attention to what he writes! Set goals. I'll post a photo of my goals page.

lol! But like I said, no threat of stalling any time soon. I'm doing Starting Strength, and I've only been lifting for a month or 2. I expect to be squatting at or close to 300 by the end of the year.

It means I did 6 squats with 90kgs on my shoulders. That's 198lbs.

Sounds like he was right. He knew you could do more so he neg motivated you.

I didn't do much more than you when I did squats this morning. Making a mental note to myself to not **** with you. You've got some serious leg strength

Start writing your list of goals and show it to your trainer so he knows how to train you, and pay attention to the numbers, if your goal is to be strong, lift heavier each time. If its to run a certain distance, run further each time. Push.
