Hey all,
So I have increased my calories to the usualy reccomended of 1600-1700 (usually 100-200 under how much MFP tells me to eat once I enter my workouts) from closer to 1300/1400 in the past and am maintaining my weight. I was also maintaining before. Still working out the same amount. So I am wondering if you guys have any tips. Should I eat the full amount with my workout entered or just keep it at this level in hopes my plateau will break?
Let me know!
Thanks!
