then and now.... I'm not worried about the abs - they'll be back - they always come back, but am pretty proud of all of the hard work I put into my backside in less than a year. Thank you hard work, dedication and determination, i.e. lunges, squats, leg lifts, leg presses, etc.

thanks! I don't really have a "specific" lower body routine, but I do a lot of lunges, squats, leg lifts, dead lifts, leg presses, weighted calf raises, some cardio, etc.
ETA: including some of my personal home workouts that are in my blog.
