    Congratulations - great feeling!!! I just hit exactly 30.0 - I reeeeeally want some more loss to just creep into overweight as I'm on the cusp!!!

    I, too, recently crossed that threshold from obese to overweight! I still have quite a bit of weight to loose yet, but given I have an inherited heart condition, that news was very well received! Congratulations! Keep up the good work! :smile:
