failing this week! too slerpy to get out of bed for gym!

Okay so I've been on here since feb and it that time lost nearly three stone. I work out four or five tines a week and on those days usually have net calories of -100--1200.,don't scream at me for that! I've had a week off here and there when I've been on holidays and my boyfriends banned calorie counting. Also the odd weekend day. I've been at the same weight nowsonce end of June. However mu friend who I hadn't seen for a fronts Saudi look much slimmer since then. Problem is ad the svales aren't mobing I'm loosing my motivation for my 6:30am workouts infant fitted in any other time. Don't know what to do?
