So I am 8 weeks postpartum (I had a c-section), I've drastically changed my eating habits from during my pregnancy (adding in a lot of fiber/whole grains/ eating smaller, more often). I do a moderate amount of exercising several times a week, yet I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. I basically have been working out since two weeks postpartum, remaining active to now running, biking, some strength training. Yet I've only lost 30 lbs, where about 25 of it was after birth weight lost. I've been at the same weight and measurements for about a month. I'm at a loss as to what I am doing wrong. I feel like I'm doing what I need to be doing. Am I just being to impatient?
