Exercise to target lower abs

As well as walking 1-2 hours a day I do some basic exercises at home when I finish. I've got pretty good upper and lower body but my mid section now needs toning as I've lost a lot of fat from there. The top of my abs feel slightly firmer than lower but it's hard to tell as there's still some excess fat covering them.
I currently do a fast routine of these five:
* (20 x) Crunches
* (20 x) Press ups
* (30 secs) Flutter kicks
* (15 x) Bicycle crunches
* (15 x) Reverse crunches
.. and repeat 4 times.
Anyway are there any exercises that people would recommend I try?

You need to tone up all over. LIft weights. Heavy ones. Walking is great. All those exercises are great. Weights will give you the body you want. Go to the search tab above and look into people who do this. Good luck!0
