Challenges are so helpful to me - just to even get me thinking to do something extra and organized is a help.
Just finished 220 - 110 in each direction - with 2# weights.
YAAA!!!! got past thinking about it and DID it. Not that difficult and my upper back and shoulders popped at 60 reps - in good releasing way.0 -
Done. About 250... I stopped counting at about 220
No weights. And added also 50 shoulder presses one military, one overhead (no weight just a stick to keep the movement even).
It is part of the warm up i did in body pump class.0 -
