Two 5ks in One Week!!

Let me just say I am not a jogger or a runner!

I do this just to challenge myself I don't train for it I just go out and do my best and thats it-

I did my first 5k on Thanksgiving Morning- Today was the Savannah Bridge Run and I finished it and I feel damn good. I have another one coming up on New Years and a few more lined up after the New Year and I will be doing the Bridge Run again next year with hopes of a better time

    That's awesome! I'm actually really encouraged by this, I have an 8km coming up in February, and I haven't run since mid-summer, so it should be interesting =)

    I just want to finish,and feel like I challenged myself and did my best.

    thats all you can do! good luck I have another 5 k coming up on New Years- I have a few lined up.
