This website has some cool Avocado recipes. The neat part is you can change the 'Serves' section to just about anything and the whole recipe adjusts. I thought this might be a nice one to share with everyone. :) Enjoy!

    I have never had avacados but would love to give them a try b/c I have heard so many great things about them but I never knew how to prepare them....This is perfect, now I can find things to make them with...:flowerforyou:

    I had a slightly over ripe Hass Avocado this a.m. so I desperately went hunting. Luckily, it still tastes good but it needed to be turned into something soft and mushy. Grin. This little gem popped up during my hunt and I just had to share. The portion control bit is cool because I was able to adjust my recipe to one Avocado. Either way, hopefully this will help others too.
