I've been on this site for about a week, with a few hiccups on the way. But I'm interested in knowing how long did it take before you saw RESULTS, like your first pound?
Should I buy a scale now, or wait it out?
What did you do?

It may take you a couple of weeks but usually one can see the change after the first week. You should buy the scale now and weigh only once a week. Many people tend to weigh often and then get worried with up and down movement in the weight during different days of the week.0

I checked my weight and measurements at the beginning and after 1 week and did see results right away, 4 pounds down, 1 inch in my hips, 0.5 inch in my waist. The pounds have come off slower since the first week, as I expected they would, but I've continued to check my measurements once a week. If you haven't done so already, take some pics! I took some after the first week and took more last night because I was starting to doubt my progress even though I have the numbers to prove it, and that is a great way to measure your progress! I could see it finally!0

Buy a scale and start tracking! Taking measurements helps a lot too. Some people like that better than the scale, which can be a "liar" if you are building muscle as you are losing fat. Or you can just remember how your tight clothes fit and try them every week to see the difference. But I would start tracking - it helps people stay motivated! All the best!0
