Ingredients-
Crisco - Canola Oil, 0.25 teaspoons
Fresh Express - Spinach, 1 cups (steamed and drained)
Gwaltney - Hardwood Smoked Bacon, 2 Fried Slices
Southern Home - Large Egg, 2 egg
Clear Value - Fat Free Skim Milk, 0.66 cup
Clover Valley - Iodized Salt, 1/4 tsp
Spices - Garlic powder, 0.5 tsp
Betty Crocker - Heart Smart Bisquick Pancake & Baking Mix, 0.25 cup
Peggy's - Kryssos Co. Crumbled Feta Cheese With Peppercorns, 1 oz

Heat oven to 400, grease pie plate (I used the canola oil) you can use non stick spray if you have some, mix steamed spinach, feta, and bacon and place in bottom of pie plate. Now stir remaining ingredients together in small bowl and pour over ingredients in pie plate. Bake for about 30 minutes
Original recipe called for 1/2 cup baking mix but I only had 1/4 left and it turned out just fine. Onions and other veggies can be added to your liking and you can use less fat bacon to cut down on calories, I didnt have any left. This of course would change the amount of calories but it would still be low cal. Could also cut out the salt if you would like. My boyfriend and I loved it.
