    I run now so I'll be able to escape when things go horribly wrong. One of my favorite routes takes me around a small cemetery, then through some wooded trails where I pretend the zombies are chasing me.

    FWIW I don't have a HRM and I just log everything on here for what it states it is. As long as what I'm doing currently has me losing weight, I"m happy *not* have a HRM for now.
