Knee and Shoulder Pain PLEASE HELP!

This summer, I've had alot of pain in my left knee and shoulders. I've been inconsistently doing Jullian Michael's 30DS since July, and I moved across the US at the beginning of August. I'm not sure if it's all catching up with me, but I like brisk walking, jogging, and the elliptical machine for cardio. However, the pain makes my workouts so difficult. Does anybody have any advice for joint pain?

    Bumping up because I'd like to see an answer. I hurt my shoulder yesterday doing the 30DS.

    Sounds like a lot of your exercise involves the knees - all a lot of leg work. Maybe more of those silly knee warm-ups Jillian does in 30DS before the walking, jogging & elliptical.
