How many days of cardio per week?

Hey guys, I am a female - 19yrs - 5'6 - and weigh around 120. I love to exercise but I never know how much exercise I should actually do a week to just maintain weight. I love being in shape. As of now I do an upper/lower body split, I strength train my upper body two days a week and my lower body two days a week. Cardio wise I try to do at least 20 minutes 5 days a week, which are sometime HIIT sessions. I am a very busy girl but I want to make sure I'm doing this right. Just wondering how many days vs. minutes of cardio do you guy recommend a week?

The national health institute in my country recommend exercise that raises your heart rate (say, cardio) 3 times a week for 30 minutes. This is for maintaining stamina and as it's good for your heart and blood vessels.
How much exercise you need for maintaining weight is a completely different question. And not one I can answer for you. As that mostly depends on how much you eat and how much calories you burn excluding exercise.0
