Walking pain

I walk back and forth to work (10 minutes each way, sometimes home for lunch too) and around 45 minutes to an hour every day after dinner. My iPhone app says I'm averaging around 4.5-5.0 mph. I also work at a standing desk.
My right hip, right buttuck, and upper right leg is killing me. It almost feels like it's ready to Charlie horse, but is just a grinding bone pain. The specific muscle set involved are those that pick up my leg if I were sitting or walking up the stairs.
Any suggestions?
