30 Day Diet?

Hey,

Just wondering has anyone ever done a 30 day detox of sorts. I have PCOS and find it IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight (Have done carb free, wheat free, dairy free, you name it ive done it) and nada! I'm contemplating doing a diet of sorts for the next 30 days to see does it do anything. Cut out the junk and eat porridge for breakfast and lunch and then have a dinner in the evenings. I know this is unhealthy enough but just wanted to hear anyone's experiences as such to kick start some form of weight loss!
