Tracking food

I know I need to get back into doing this, does anyone have any tips on how to make this a less time consuming process?

  • practice. i find the more i track the easier it gets. MFP also seems to "remember" my frequent foods so that makes things easier as well.

    just get over it and track.

    i even track recipes now too, it gets easier and easier.
