When I come to measure my takeaway, the closest thing on MFP to what I have is measured in cups. As we all know, cups come in many shapes and sizes - so what should be defined as a cup? Also is it a cup that is full to the brim, completely squashed in?
Thank you.
Thank you.

A cup is a US measurement that equals 250ml, however there should be UK measurements (grams for stuff like curry and rice!) in the database as well
Just sometimes takes clicking through a few different options to find the right measurements

If you are having problems, you can buy measuring cups in most supermarkets. I'm sure that Asda sell a set for less than a couple of quid!0
