I have not been recording my calories. I need to get back in the game if I wanna lose this weight by July. I have in fact lost 4.25 inches from oct 27 to nov 27..and only one pound. But in my eyes If i am losing something than it is better than nothing. And someone told me that Its because my body is replacing fat with muscle..So we shall see. I get weighed and measured every month so Its always excituing to see numbers go down. I lost 1.25 off my abs, 1 inch off each arm, and half an each off each thigh. So...I need to get back in the game!!!!!

    Congrats! That's really great. The more muscle you build, the more calories you'll burn. Keep it up girl! =D
