What a great accomplishment! The outward changes are amazing.... you look like a different person. What has been the most surprising thing for you? Wishing you continued success!!!

Most surprising? Probably the amount of excess skin I am left with. There is A LOT. people said it wouldn't be so bad because of how young I am and how much exercise I've been doing to minimize it. but I've still improved soo much and i wouldn't take back anything. I've also heard it takes years to go away.

I was playing around on facebook today; I decided to go through my profile pictures. I found these, along with quite a few others, and they really shocked me. I've heard people say "you never see just how big you really are until you lose weight." I didnt think it was true until today. I really had no clue I was, at one time, this big. I know I was over 260lbs in this picture (heavier than my highest MFP recorded weight...)

I'm at about 160 now, but I've gained about 15lbs back since starting depo (and binging again...but i'm battling it) and I havent been doing too well with eating lately, so maybe this is just the motivation I needed to get it back off and eat right again! :happy:
