Hi everybody, i dont really know what to write but im not really new on this site, i had this app on my phone for a long time but never really used to because i didnt have any competition. ive always been fat but i really want to change it now that im 19 and i guess at the "beginning of my life" as my mom would say. I am a college student and just want to be happy like everybody else.

    starting while you are young is the best thing you can do! I really wish I started this journey 15 years ago, would have made my life a lot easier and probably saved me from a few injuries. Good luck Alley! You will find lots of support here :)
